This role is based in multiple locations including Sunnyvale, CA and Atlanta, GA.
Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global change governance program for Google’s Data Center fleet.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Integrate change governance with partner teams' processes.
- Monitor process performance and drive improvements.
- Develop and execute communication and training plans.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with change governance workflows and data analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in data centers or related industries.
- Familiarity with change governance software tools.
