Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects, coordinating with stakeholders across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Oversee the Balance of Trade framework and drive business operations for a large organization.
  • Develop frameworks for visibility into agreement milestones and leverage points for negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supplier engagement and category management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in briefing executive stakeholders on commercial agreements.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for process improvement.
