Program Manager II, Spares Sourcing Data Center Equipment

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement new processes for sourcing, procurement, and supplier engagement.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical commodities.
  • Lead supplier selection and operational reviews, negotiating contracts to secure supply.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
  • Oversee product life cycles and navigate changes with suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in sourcing and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical commodities in the data center industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with industrial scale infrastructure products.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
