Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement processes for demand planning, supply planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive supply chain readiness across all data center equipment spares parts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline demand signals and communicate status/risks.
  • Influence stakeholders to integrate new products and their spares into the supply chain.
  • Manage spare parts logistics to ensure timely availability.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in spares planning and supply/demand planning in a data center or manufacturing environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems.
  • Experience with sales and operations planning processes.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and optimize existing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
