This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define business processes and write requirements to improve systems related to sourcing management.
  • Develop training plans and manage feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with Finance and Product teams to establish a roadmap for platform capabilities.
  • Identify problems and create processes to resolve them.
  • Execute analyses to develop recommendations and implement solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain sourcing or hardware manufacturing.
  • Experience in business systems implementation or process analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in hardware cost management or financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of hardware product life-cycle.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
