This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product ramp from design validation to mass production.
  • Drive ramp readiness with engineering and operations teams.
  • Support tooling fixture validation builds.
  • Optimize supply chain and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years in program management.
  • Experience in NPI operations management and manufacturing supply chain.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields.
  • Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) glasses.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
