Program Manager II, NPI Operations, Cloud Supply Chain

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional NPI Program teams from concept to production ramp.
  • Plan and execute NPI operations development activities.
  • Manage manufacturing ramp readiness with internal and external partners.
  • Drive optimization of product operations and supply chain.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in NPI Operations and manufacturing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs) and assembly processes.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
