Compensation:
$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs within NPI hardware manufacturing and product operations.
- Coordinate project schedules, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience launching new hardware products.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
