Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional programs within NPI hardware manufacturing and product operations.
  • Coordinate project schedules, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience launching new hardware products.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
