Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive material readiness for mass production builds through collaboration with contract manufacturers, planning teams, and commodity managers.
  • Ensure product transitions and act as the primary material liaison with Planning and New Product Introduction teams.
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring requirements are complete and scope is well defined.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or materials management with contract manufacturers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with program management on cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in supply chain management (e.g., forecasting, fulfillment, reverse logistics).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
