Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by collaborating with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
  • Plan and schedule technicians and parts needed for maintenance activities.
  • Utilize the site CMMS program for developing and maintaining schedules and resource leveling.
  • Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, and program manager schedules.
  • Launch a CMMS solution at the site level for daily operations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in preventative, electrical, or mechanical maintenance planning.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, Infor, Datastream, SAP PM, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and external parties.
  • Ability to develop long-term maintenance plans and forecasts.
