$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners. Responsible for developing headcount models and engaging with various functions to interpret business strategy into resourcing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage headcount resourcing models using quantitative data.
  • Develop efficiency initiatives to drive scaling across the supply chain.
  • Refine governance frameworks for resource allocation.
  • Translate business imperatives into resourcing requirements.
  • Cultivate partnerships across organizations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in data modeling and trend analysis.
  • Experience developing quantitative models.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with supply chain operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
