This role is based in Atlanta, GA, or The Dalles, OR.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead logistics projects, including system implementations and process changes.
  • Manage competing priorities from various internal stakeholders.
  • Set performance goals (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions and unforeseen issues.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain logistics and operations management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with third-party logistics partners.
  • Ability to resolve complex escalations.
