Compensation:
$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead logistics projects, including system implementations and process changes.
- Manage competing priorities from various internal stakeholders.
- Set performance goals (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and unforeseen issues.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain logistics and operations management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with third-party logistics partners.
- Ability to resolve complex escalations.
