Program Manager II, Forward Logistics Enablement, Cloud Supply Chain

This role is based in Reston, VA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead logistics projects (e.g., system implementations, new market entries, or process changes).
• Manage competing priorities from various internal stakeholders to meet overarching capacity goals.
• Set individual and team performance goals (KPIs) that align with GCL objectives.
• Resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or unforeseen issues.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in operations management.
• Experience in supply chain logistics (e.g., forward logistics, spares management, inventory, and kitting operations).

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated order workflows.
• Ability to manage global third-party logistics partners and distributed teams.
• Ability to balance operational needs with supply chain efficiency.
