Program Manager II, Forward Logistics Enablement, Cloud Supply Chain

This role is based in Reston, VA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead logistics projects including system implementations and process changes.
• Manage competing priorities from various internal stakeholders.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Resolve supply chain disruptions and delays.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in operations management and supply chain logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to manage global logistics partners.
