Program Manager II, Energy Internal Operations

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project schedules and identify risks.
• Optimize internal operations and enhance efficiency across workflows.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership in the Energy and Power team.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in energy markets or with distributed energy resources.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent collaboration and influence skills.
