Program Manager I, Maintenance Planner, Data Center Operations

This role is based in Columbus, OH or Muskogee, OK.
Compensation:
$105,000-$151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
- Plan and schedule technicians and parts for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with facility management to develop and maintain schedules using the CMMS program.
- Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files and parts inventory.
- Launch a CMMS solution at the site level for daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of facility electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to develop long-term strategic maintenance plans.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external parties.
