This role is based in Haskell, TX.

Compensation:

$108,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of maintenance work orders and schedule technicians and parts.
  • Collaborate with facility management to maintain schedules using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files and parts inventory.
  • Launch CMMS solutions at the site level for daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program management.
  • Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in data centers.
  • Vendor management experience.
