Program Manager, Google Design Platform, Carbon

This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Help set priorities for product and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to market.
• Provide software development and project management to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
• Work closely with software engineers, UX designers, and product managers through the software project life-cycle.
• Scale and operationalize an early access partner program.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in user experience or engineering life-cycles.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in process development and improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
