Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full program lifecycle from definition to delivery, aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Design and implement systems to monitor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Adjust program levers to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time.
  • Use advanced program management methodologies to communicate risks and change management strategies.
  • Leverage AI/ML technologies to streamline program workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple departments.
  • Experience using AI tools or ML frameworks to automate workflows and analyze program data.
