Program Manager, Extended Workforce Solutions, Risk and Compliance

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD 160,000-164,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of risk and controls subject matter experts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in the contingent workforce space.
  • Develop and execute plans to assess risk impact and control design.
  • Collaborate with policy and control owners to improve risk mitigation processes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
  • 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • CPA/CIA, Audit, Legal or related certification.
  • Experience in identifying and assessing risks and designing and testing controls.
  • Experience executing projects and initiatives on time and with quality.
  • Experience influencing horizontally across multiple stakeholder groups.
