Compensation:
CAD 154,000-158,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of risk and controls subject matter experts.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks in the contingent workforce space.
- Develop and execute plans to assess risk impact and design controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and controls.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- CPA/CIA or related certification.
- Experience in risk assessment and control design.
- Ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
