Compensation:
$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive EHS training program.
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining safety standards.
- Identify and address potential risks within the business.
- Forge partnerships with EHS leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor training effectiveness and propose new initiatives based on data analysis.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
