Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive EHS training program.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining safety standards.
  • Identify and address potential risks within the business.
  • Forge partnerships with EHS leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and propose new initiatives based on data analysis.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
