Program Manager, Environmental Health and Safety, Offsite Infrastructure Delivery and Controls

This role is based in multiple locations including Singapore and Inzai, Chiba, Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction, oversight, and data collection.
- Ensure contractors meet safety performance expectations and provide timely solutions to issues.
- Monitor and assist construction teams to protect people and ensure compliance.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning aligned with organizational strategies.
- Liaise with the construction EHS team for best practices and risk mitigation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in EHS program management and data center construction programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of EHS management experience, including proactive safety solutions and metrics reporting.
- Experience in data center construction program management across geographies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
