Program Manager, Environmental Health and Safety, Offsite Infrastructure Delivery and Controls

This role is based in Singapore, with potential locations including Inzai, Chiba, Japan, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction, oversight, and data collection.
• Ensure contractors meet safety performance expectations and provide timely solutions to issues.
• Monitor and assist construction project teams to protect people and the environment, ensuring compliance.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning aligned with organizational strategies.
• Liaise with the construction EHS team for best practices, progress reporting, and risk mitigation.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience in EHS program management and data center construction programs.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of EHS management experience with proactive safety solutions.
• Experience in data center construction program management across geographies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
