Program Manager, Data Center Regional Portfolio Planner

This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional planning for the EMEA portfolio of data center assets.
- Own the development of long-range infrastructure supply plans.
- Utilize advanced demand and capacity models to drive trade-off decisions.
- Establish cross-functional planning governance and ensure accountability.
- Serve as the central point of contact for regional planning.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs.
- 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure.
- Experience with data centers in supply planning, site development, or engineering.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to develop data-driven insights and translate them into solutions.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to audience needs.
- Strong planning and communication management skills.
