Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional planning for the EMEA portfolio of data center assets.
  • Own the development of long-range infrastructure supply plans.
  • Utilize advanced demand and capacity models for optimal multi-year supply plans.
  • Establish cross-functional planning governance and ensure accountability.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for regional planning and align internal business drivers.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs.
  • 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure.
  • Experience with data centers in supply planning, site development, construction, or engineering.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to develop data-driven insights into commercial solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to the audience.
  • Strong planning and management skills in a cross-functional leadership role.
