Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a workforce development framework to transform regional challenges into career advancement opportunities.
  • Scale recruiting and training initiatives to address critical trade gaps.
  • Connect cross-functional teams, general contractors, and trade schools to align industry requirements.
  • Execute training labs and modules strategy to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Implement mentorship programs to support knowledge transfer and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of program or project management experience.
  • 8 years managing construction-related programs or workforce development initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of vocational training and apprenticeship programs.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
