Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
  • Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions for data center operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze construction issues and develop creative solutions to minimize impact on timelines and costs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience with technical teams in data center or mission critical facilities.
  • 5 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, and infrastructure systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects and vendor relationships.
  • Experience with data center equipment/environments and knowledge of design and construction industry standards.
