Program Manager, Data Center Construction Special Projects

This role is based in Austin, TX or Midlothian, TX, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$174,000-$258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee project schedule and cost control activities.
• Develop and mentor teams of engineers and project managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management in mission-critical facilities.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of construction planning and scheduling fundamentals.
• Experience in the design and commissioning of facilities with electrical distribution systems.
