Program Manager, Data Center Construction

This role is based in Wichita Falls, TX, and requires on-site presence 5 days a week.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
• Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions that meet the needs of data center operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze and evaluate construction issues, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• 5 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• 5 years of experience managing vendor relationships.
• 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of design and construction industry standards.
• Understanding of start-up/commissioning processes.
