Program Manager, Data Center Construction

This role is based in Pryor Creek, OK, with onsite execution and leadership required.

Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
• Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
• Work within a matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze and evaluate construction challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
• 2 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and knowledge of design-build processes.
• Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
