Program Manager, Data Center Construction

This role is based in Indiana, USA, with remote eligibility.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.
  • Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facilities.
  • Gather and deliver solutions that satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment.
  • Resolve issues while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience managing multinational and technical programs/projects.
  • 8 years of experience in the construction of tech facilities with responsibility for project control scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field.
  • 8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of start up/commissioning processes.
