Responsibilities:

  • Drive planning, execution, and analysis for multi-customer peak events.
  • Coordinate alignment and execution across multiple stakeholder teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in technical program management or related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a technology environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud computing and incident management.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud products.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Looker for data insights.
