Compensation:
$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage the COO's customer meetings, ensuring timely and well-prepared engagements.
- Partner with leadership to optimize operational rhythms for COO meetings.
- Support logistics for field visits, coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts.
- Analyze operational processes and propose improvements.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for engagements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in program or project management, executive support, or sales operations.
- Experience managing logistics or multi-stakeholder projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement with a systems-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage complex details and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
