This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or New York, NY, with remote options available.

Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the COO's customer meetings, ensuring timely and well-prepared engagements.
  • Partner with leadership to optimize operational rhythms for COO meetings.
  • Support logistics for field visits, coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts.
  • Analyze operational processes and propose improvements.
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for engagements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in program or project management, executive support, or sales operations.
  • Experience managing logistics or multi-stakeholder projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement with a systems-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex details and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
