Program Manager, Component Supply Manager

This role is based in Mexico with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Ensure smooth flow of materials by managing supplier performance and on-time delivery.
• Resolve gaps between orders and commitments, and drive continuous supplier improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with product manufacturing and build management.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in materials management and 2 years in commodity management.
• Experience with managing supplier forecasts and performance.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
