Program Manager, Central Fleet Optimization

This role is based in Mexico with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Drive ongoing initiatives to optimize Central Fleet’s deployed infrastructure.
• Implement new capabilities and improve existing ones across the organization.
• Establish methods to evaluate customer demand and develop optimization strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve capacity exceptions in a timely manner.
• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, data center infrastructure, and supply chain planning.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
