Compensation:

$108,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal reporting and business analytics for operational programs.
  • Ensure compliance by reviewing documents and maintaining guides.
  • Prepare for annual audits and coordinate mandatory training materials.
  • Manage access requests and support change management programs.
  • Implement process improvements for organizational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in program management.
  • 3 years developing analytical frameworks.
  • Experience with cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies.
