Compensation:
$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI tools and infrastructure for efficient analytics.
- Deploy AI solutions across analytics and product teams.
- Coordinate with analytics functions to maximize AI impact.
- Train and mentor team members in AI applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
- 8 years of program management experience.
- Experience in AI development and SQL.
- Experience managing operations for large-scale platforms.
- Proven ability to lead technical programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s in a relevant field.
- Experience with BI tools and data analysis scripting.
- Background in management consulting focused on technical teams.
- Familiarity with advanced AI frameworks.
