Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI tools and infrastructure for efficient analytics.
  • Deploy AI solutions across analytics and product teams.
  • Coordinate with analytics functions to maximize AI impact.
  • Train and mentor team members in AI applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
  • 8 years of program management experience.
  • Experience in AI development and SQL.
  • Experience managing operations for large-scale platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead technical programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s in a relevant field.
  • Experience with BI tools and data analysis scripting.
  • Background in management consulting focused on technical teams.
  • Familiarity with advanced AI frameworks.
