This role is based in Chicago, IL.
Compensation:
$148,000-$215,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable project roadmaps.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Experience in programming and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Finance domains (e.g., accounting, financial planning).
- Track record of managing complex AI/ML projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
