This role is based in Chicago, IL.

Compensation:

$148,000-$215,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable project roadmaps.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Experience in programming and SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance domains (e.g., accounting, financial planning).
  • Track record of managing complex AI/ML projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
