Product Marketing Manager, Partner Marketing Center of Excellence

Compensation:

$141000 - $206000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the partner growth Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify, analyze, and establish growth-hacking frameworks across partner marketing channels.
  • Define the goal for AI co-marketing tools, translating partner needs into visionary and operational product road maps.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to build AI-powered tools that compress partner brand approval and Go-to-Market cycles.
  • Advise partner marketing managers and external partners globally on growth strategies.
  • Design data-driven business cases and performance tracking metrics to measure effectiveness of co-marketing growth plays.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with marketing channels and growth frameworks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in product-management-like roles for marketing tech or enablement platforms.
  • Ability to analyze campaign analytics and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Track record of advising executive stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for integrating AI and growth-hacking mechanics.
