Compensation:
$117,000-$167,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the social calendar and publishing process for global Google Ads campaigns.
- Elevate creative content through writing and directing innovative formats.
- Partner with PMMs, designers, and PR teams to create high-performing social assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to test story angles and ensure content meets platform best practices.
- Monitor social trends to identify engagement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing across various fields.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in growth, product, brand, or social marketing.
- Analytical experience in marketing and sales operations.
- Consulting experience with behavioral marketing data.
