Product Marketing Manager, Grow with Google

This role is based in New York, NY or Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$116,000 - $167,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand job seekers and small business owners.
• Develop high-impact marketing content across multiple platforms.
• Innovate with new methods for content creation using AI tools.
• Execute marketing plans while maintaining organizational excellence.
• Communicate AI and skilling concepts clearly to various audiences.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product marketing or related field.
• Experience managing marketing projects from conception to execution.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for content creation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Completion of a Google Career Certificate or AI Professional Certificate.
• Experience in workforce development or small business ecosystem.
• Passion for AI technology.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
