Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategy for YouTube Shorts consumption on TV.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize content for living room experiences.
  • Enhance the Shorts player with interactive capabilities.
  • Partner with Ads teams for TV-first ad formats.
  • Develop product design for the Shorts experience on TV.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in consumer product management.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical consumer products from conception to launch.
  • Experience working with content recommendation engines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience in product management for video streaming or connected TV platforms.
  • Understanding of the short-form video ecosystem.
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Experience launching products at scale.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
