Compensation:
$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy for YouTube Shorts consumption on TV.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize content for living room experiences.
- Enhance the Shorts player with interactive capabilities.
- Partner with Ads teams for TV-first ad formats.
- Develop product design for the Shorts experience on TV.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer product management.
- 2 years of experience taking technical consumer products from conception to launch.
- Experience working with content recommendation engines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
- Experience in product management for video streaming or connected TV platforms.
- Understanding of the short-form video ecosystem.
- Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- Experience launching products at scale.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
