Compensation:

$192k-$279k/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) by collaborating with partner teams during product design and development.
  • Own and define project roadmaps.
  • Drive development and secure buy-in for product goals.
  • Manage validation of market size and opportunity.
  • Lead processes to define and track product or business metrics.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience with generative AI or large language models.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering and other stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience in a business function or role.
  • 4 years of experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
