Product Manager, YouTube Channel Memberships, Creator Engagement

Responsibilities:
- Search into the creator journey with Channel Memberships, crafting a product direction, roadmap and experiences.
- Explore the habits of successful creators to understand how they blend content, interaction and recognition perks to outperform others.
- Leverage your understanding of the broader YouTube ecosystem to pinpoint and prioritize insights that will drive wins for creators.
- Lead the charge in accelerating our ability to experiment and deliver creator value, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within software as a service (SaaS).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 3 years of experience in delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience in working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, Business Finance and other stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
