Product Manager, YouTube Ads User Quality

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for YouTube’s user quality ranking systems.
  • Define key metrics for measuring ranking quality and user impact.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to develop ranking models and algorithms.
  • Understand user needs and behaviors related to Ads on YouTube.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • 3 years of experience developing or launching AI/ML products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven product development.
  • Knowledge of AI/machine learning and statistical concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
