Compensation:
$163000 - $237000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop insights into advertiser and user behavior on YouTube to inform product strategy.
- Define and execute a strategy for improving bidding algorithms and machine learning models.
- Optimize the YouTube Ads marketplace to drive long-term advertiser value and revenue.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to solve technical challenges.
- Manage the product lifecycle from proof-of-concept to launch.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience optimizing digital advertising ranking products.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Experience with Ads ranking, bidding, or marketplace optimization.
- Experience leading technical teams in machine learning and smart bidding products.
- Experience using SQL for data analysis.
- Experience in strategic marketing or business operations.
