Product Manager, YouTube Ads Marketplace Optimization and ML

Compensation:

$163000 - $237000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights into advertiser and user behavior on YouTube to inform product strategy.
  • Define and execute a strategy for improving bidding algorithms and machine learning models.
  • Optimize the YouTube Ads marketplace to drive long-term advertiser value and revenue.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to solve technical challenges.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from proof-of-concept to launch.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience optimizing digital advertising ranking products.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Experience with Ads ranking, bidding, or marketplace optimization.
  • Experience leading technical teams in machine learning and smart bidding products.
  • Experience using SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience in strategic marketing or business operations.
