Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights of user behavior and sentiment on Google, contributing to the growth of the search advertising business.
  • Translate knowledge into better models for quality user experiences.
  • Drive leadership alignment on high visibility projects.
  • Work with auction teams to account for user experience in search ads auctions.
  • Partner with product teams across Google.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience launching machine learning based products.
  • Experience leading products that leverage foundational models or LLMs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with quality or modeling specific product management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
