Compensation:
$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop insights of user behavior and sentiment on Google, contributing to the growth of the search advertising business.
- Translate knowledge into better models for quality user experiences.
- Drive leadership alignment on high visibility projects.
- Work with auction teams to account for user experience in search ads auctions.
- Partner with product teams across Google.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience launching machine learning based products.
- Experience leading products that leverage foundational models or LLMs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with quality or modeling specific product management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
