Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the model specification for Gemini's behaviors and personality.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/Design, Research, and Trust and Safety teams.
- Develop frameworks for evaluating model quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in machine learning, AI, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in philosophy, cognitive science, HCI, or linguistics.
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI.
- Experience with consumer-facing products.
