Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own core effects experience covering user-facing features and technical capabilities.
  • Lead first-party and branded effects strategy.
  • Define and lead strategy to scale production of first-party effects.
  • Partner with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to enhance trends with effects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in consumer product management.
  • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering and UX teams.
  • Experience with Generative AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to leadership.
  • Knowledge of short-form video creation and creative tools.
