Compensation:
$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Own core effects experience covering user-facing features and technical capabilities.
- Lead first-party and branded effects strategy.
- Define and lead strategy to scale production of first-party effects.
- Partner with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to enhance trends with effects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer product management.
- 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering and UX teams.
- Experience with Generative AI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to leadership.
- Knowledge of short-form video creation and creative tools.
